About the Job
AD EST is seeking a Handbag Tech-Pack Designer on a contract basis to support the development of our first collection. The role involves translating existing handbag designs into clear, detailed, production-ready tech packs for accurate manufacturing and sampling.

1. Production-ready handbag tech pack
2. Technical drawings and construction details
3. Detailed measurements and specifications
4. Material, lining and reinforcement specifications
5. Stitching, seam and finishing details
6. Hardware, closure and component specifications
7. Bill of Materials (BOM)
8. Manufacturing notes and construction instructions
Qualifications
1. Demonstrated experience in handbag technical design and tech-pack development
2. Strong understanding of handbag construction and manufacturing
3. Knowledge of materials, hardware, reinforcements and finishing
4. Strong technical drawing and specification skills
5. High attention to detail and accuracy
6. Experience with premium or luxury accessories is a plus
