LOCATION AND RATE REQUIREMENTS
Only apply if you are currently based in South America (Colombia particularly welcome), India, or the Philippines. Please state your country. Your hourly rate must be $10 USD/hour or less. This is an ongoing role with a $300 USD/month base plus performance bonuses, not an unlimited-hours engagement. Monthly deliverables, workload, and publishing cadence will be agreed before hiring.
I'm looking for a Short-Form Content Strategist & Creative Producer who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch AI/tech content, and share it, and who can personally create compelling AI images, videos, and demonstrations when needed.
You will have other editors at your disposal as well. You must already know how to use AI image and video tools and have strong judgment about which ideas have viral potential, which do not, and why. I want someone who can take ownership from research through production and performance review without constant hand-holding.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Research: Find relevant AI tools, trends, competitor videos, and original angles that fit our audience. Maintain an organized reference and ideas database.
• Hooks and scripts: Develop the spoken hook, first visual, on-screen text, and sequence that keeps viewers watching beyond the opening.
• Hands-on AI creation: Personally create demonstrations, transformations, comparisons, and visual assets using AI image and video tools. Test what you show so the content accurately represents what the tools can do.
• Creative direction: Give our editors clear briefs and references, review their work, and request specific improvements before I give final approval.
• Repurposing and consistency: Adapt strong concepts into Reels, carousels, and X posts. Keep the agreed publishing schedule moving and build follow-ups when a post performs well.
• Performance review: Study retention, watch time, shares, saves, and other relevant results. Explain what worked, what failed, and what we should test next.
We'll also use a proposed AI content-analysis system to develop and evaluate ideas. My developer will build the database and integrations. You will own how those tools inform research, creative decisions, and testing, using your judgment to evaluate their recommendations.

• A resourceful problem solver who brings possible solutions, flags blockers early, and takes responsibility for the outcome.
• Someone already comfortable creating quality AI images and videos, with work they can show and explain.
• Someone who understands hooks, pacing, visual payoff, audience relevance, and why content gets watched and shared.
• An independent thinker who will challenge a weak idea (including mine) and explain a better approach. I do not want a yes-person.
• Someone organized, reliable, curious, and committed to improving their skills and results.

COMPENSATION AND SCOPE
• $300 USD per month base compensation.
• Performance bonuses based on the results of posts you create and/or manage; targets, measurement windows, and bonus amounts will be agreed before work begins.
• I will provide subscriptions to the tools needed for the agreed work.
• The $300 project budget represents one month of base compensation. Monthly deliverables, workload, and publishing cadence will be agreed before hiring.
HOW TO APPLY
