Extract ExamSoft Exam to PDF

I have an ExamSoft file already downloaded to my Mac that contains between 50 and 100 questions. I need every multiple-choice and essay item pulled out exactly as it appears in the software and placed into a single PDF. Please keep the questions in the same chronological order they appear in the exam and make sure any essay blocks retain their original text alignment and indentation.

You’ll be working on macOS, so familiarity with the Mac version of ExamSoft (or its legacy SofTest interface) is essential. I also want to understand the workflow: once the PDF is finished, send me a short outline of the steps or tools you used so I can repeat the process in the future if needed.

Deliverables:
• A clean, properly paginated PDF containing every question in order, with multiple-choice layout preserved and essay formatting aligned and indented as in the original exam.
• A brief, Mac-specific walkthrough or script of the extraction process.
