Short Film Edit Assistance

I’m sitting on a folder of raw footage for a narrative short and need a sharp-eyed editor to transform it into a seamless final cut. The goal is simple: get the video fully edited so it plays smoothly from first frame to last.

You’ll receive all takes, reference notes, and a draft script that lays out the intended flow. I’m open to your creative suggestions—whether that means tightening pacing, grading the colour for a consistent mood, or weaving in tasteful transitions and effects where they add impact. Audio is already cleaned, so your main focus stays on the picture edit.

Please work in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or another professional NLE you’re comfortable with; I’ll need the finished 1080p file plus the project file so I can archive the timeline. One revision pass is included to fine-tune timing or minor aesthetic tweaks after I review the first export.
