I am launching a global shopping business for customers who want authentic overseas products that are unavailable or difficult to obtain locally. Categories include health supplements, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle. USA sourcing and India customers are the initial focus, with additional approved markets supported by the store structure.

I need an experienced Shopify developer or team to deliver the complete store: design, products, content, banners, payments, billing, sourcing and quote workflows, shipping, tracking, analytics, testing, and handover. Please read the attached Shopify_Freelancer_Complete_Requirements.docx and respond to every requirement ID.

THEME
My preferred theme is Empire by Pixel Union, customized for a premium and trustworthy shopping brand. The official Shopify Theme Store currently lists it at USD 360 as a one time store license, checked 9 October 2026. The theme purchase is separate from development labour and must belong to my store. If you propose another theme, explain the exact benefit and the total cost difference.

BASE SCOPE FOR YOUR FIXED PRICE QUOTE
1. One owner controlled Shopify store, English at launch, with responsive desktop and mobile layouts.
2. India as the primary market, plus setup for up to two additional approved destination markets. Block unsupported destinations and product routes.
3. 100 parent products and up to 300 variants total, eight category collections, up to 20 brand collections, and four reusable product templates.
4. Brand design: two logo concepts and one final logo pack, colours, typography, favicon, and two consolidated design revision rounds.
5. Three hero designs with desktop and mobile exports, eight category tiles, four promotional designs with desktop and mobile exports, and four process icons. Include editable files, authorized product imagery, and image licensing records.
6. Complete pages: home, categories, brands, products, search and empty results, request product, how it works, cart, checkout, customer account, order tracking, about, authenticity, FAQ, contact, policies, thank you, order status, 404, and blog with one approved article.
7. Relevant mega menu, mobile navigation, predictive search, category filters, variant selection, image galleries, useful product comparison, related products, and genuine review setup.
8. Overseas product request form with product URL, variant, quantity, destination, and contact details; request acknowledgement and operator queue.
9. Itemized quote with price validity and delivery terms; supported secure quote checkout; linked paid order and procurement task; expiry and revised quote handling.
10. Sourcing workflow covering purchase reference, supplier receipt, source transit, international shipping, customs, last mile delivery, delivery confirmation, and exceptions. Distinguish automated updates from staff actions.
11. Approved pricing model covering source price, currency, freight, duties, taxes, clearance, delivery, service fees, and margin. No surprise or double charged import costs.
12. One approved Indian payment gateway and one eligible international payment route, with payment states, full and partial refunds, invoices, reconciliation, and actual charge and settlement currency documented.
13. One approved shipping or forwarding partner, shipping rates or quote process, parcel and label workflow, tracking, customs documents where required, and returns.
14. Branded transaction emails, support contact form, WhatsApp entry point, branded email and domain setup, GA4, one email platform, and owner supplied Meta integration if applicable.
15. Basic SEO, Search Console, relevant structured data, performance optimization, consent handling, accessibility checks, account permissions, backup, rollback, and merchant reporting.
16. Full acceptance testing, owner performed low value live payments and refunds, and one approved USA to India test order followed through actual sourcing, customs, delivery, and cost reconciliation.
17. Theme and catalog exports, custom code and configuration notes, editable creative assets, app cost register, operating guide, two recorded training sessions, and 30 calendar days of in scope defect support after launch.

IMPORTANT FEASIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Before design, prove the actual payment and sourced order architecture for this Indian business. Shopify documents payment restrictions for pre orders, and PayPal India cannot receive domestic customer payments. A theme pre order button does not establish payment compatibility. Confirm Shopify and gateway approval for delayed fulfillment and any required selling plan implementation. Do not propose a workaround that simply bypasses unsupported purchase options.

Shopify checkout customization depends on the selected plan. A currency converter does not necessarily provide native local currency checkout. Collecting an import fee does not itself clear customs. Installing an app does not complete an integration. Retailer purchasing stays manual unless a supported supplier interface is specifically quoted and tested.

HOW TO BID
Provide three live Shopify projects and explain your role. Send a fixed labour quote, a requirement by requirement response, architecture, actual timeline, milestone payments, dependencies, exclusions, revision policy, and support terms. Separately itemize theme, Shopify plan, every app, hosting, transaction fees, email or WhatsApp charges, shipping and customs, and live test purchases. Show month 1 and steady monthly operating costs using stated assumptions.

My accounts, domain, licenses, customer data, and commissioned source files must remain under my control. Paid services need my approval before purchase. Optional extras must be quoted separately; see the attachment for scope boundaries and the 30 case acceptance matrix.
