SHOPIFY ALIBABA SOURCING WEBSITE EXPERT

Hello,

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me launch my new premium women’s outerwear brand, MAISON LAYAL, for the Autumn/Winter 2026 season.

I already have a clear vision for the brand, the aesthetic and the types of coats I want to sell. I will provide you with reference pictures for each product.

I am looking for someone who can manage the project from A to Z, including:

* Product sourcing on Alibaba: find the exact or closest possible coats based on the reference pictures I provide.
* Identify reliable manufacturers/suppliers with good product quality and experience in women’s outerwear.
* Contact and communicate with suppliers when necessary.
* Compare prices, MOQ, materials, sizing, colours, production times and shipping costs.
* Obtain real photos/videos of the products and help arrange samples before placing larger orders.
* Check possibilities for private labelling, including MAISON LAYAL labels, tags and custom packaging.
* Help me select the best products and suppliers for the first collection.
* Create the complete Shopify website with a premium, minimalist and luxury aesthetic.
* Upload and organise all products, sizes, colours, variants, prices, descriptions and collections.
* Set up payment methods, shipping, policies and the essential Shopify settings.
* Make sure the website is perfectly optimised for both mobile and desktop.
* Create a professional homepage, collection pages and product pages.
* Make the website completely ready to launch and receive orders.

The visual direction of the brand will be minimal, feminine and premium, with an ivory/cream, chocolate, taupe and black colour palette. I can provide reference websites and visual inspiration for the exact aesthetic I am looking for.

I am NOT looking for someone who will simply build a Shopify template. I need someone who understands e-commerce, Alibaba sourcing and fashion branding, and who can genuinely assist me throughout the whole process until the store is ready to launch.
