I need SharePoint (Team Site) and Power Automate configured so that every new message arriving in our Microsoft Outlook mailboxes is scanned for four attachment categories—e-tickets, e-visas, supplier statements & invoices, and tax invoices/bills.
The flow I have in mind should:
• Detect the file type or subject line cue,
• Download the attachment,
• Rename it with a clear convention (date-supplier-reference, for example),
• File it into the correct library or folder on the SharePoint Team Site, and
• Apply basic metadata so the team can filter and search.
Everything must run quietly in the background and leave a short confirmation note back in Outlook so we know the document has been stored successfully. Once the automation is live, I will also need a short hand-off session or video recording that shows how to adjust the rules and add new categories if our requirements grow.
Delivery is complete when:
1. All four flows are active and tested end-to-end.
2. The SharePoint Team Site has the agreed libraries/folders with permissions matching our current Microsoft 365 group.
3. Clear step-by-step documentation or a screen-share recording is provided.
If you have built Outlook–SharePoint automations before and can move quickly, let’s get started.
