Shadow Teacher Sourcing Assistance

My son studies at Lexicon School, Kalyani Nagar, Pune. He is bright, energetic, and often on the move, so the class can get disrupted if he does not have individual guidance. I therefore need a recruiter who can quickly present strong profiles of shadow teachers able to keep him settled and focused during lessons.

Every candidate you share must be comfortable using clear, basic English, because that is the language my child understands. If someone have experience with children that is added advantage. Any special education certificate is added advantage.

What I need from you
• Source and screen qualified shadow teachers in or willing to commute to Kalyani Nagar.
• Submit a concise profile for each shortlisted candidate, including résumé, verification of the bachelor’s degree, two contactable references, salary expectations, and earliest start date.
• Highlight specific examples that prove their success with active children and how they establish classroom routines.

1. At least 5 strong, interview-ready profiles delivered within the agreed timeline.
2. All documentation verified and reference details usable.
3. Candidates meet the language, education, and approach requirements stated above.
4. schedule a meeting with the candidate for interview.
