SGV/PNG to CDR Conversion

I have 2 SGV / PNG graphics that must be converted into fully-editable CorelDRAW (.cdr) files. The main reason is I need to print them at a bigger size and CDR is vector based and that is accepted by poster/backdrop printers here.

The finished CDRs should:
• Match the appearance of the original artwork pixel-for-pixel when viewed at 100 %.
• Open cleanly in recent CorelDRAW versions without missing fonts, broken links, or rasterized elements.
• Preserve vector paths so I can later adjust colors, resize, or add new text and graphics if needed.
