Setup Outlook-Compatible SMTP Server

I need an experienced email-infrastructure specialist to build a brand-new SMTP server for me and ensure it plugs seamlessly into Outlook. The end goal is simple: once you hand over the credentials, I should be able to add the account in Outlook, hit Send, and watch messages land in the inbox without delays or spam-folder detours.

Here’s what the work will involve from my side of things: I will supply the domain, DNS access, and a clean VPS or cloud instance running the OS you recommend. From your side, I expect you to handle the full server installation, security hardening (TLS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), user authentication, reasonable rate limits, and any firewall or port adjustments. I also want concise documentation showing every command or panel change so I can replicate or maintain it later.

I’m happy to test alongside you; once a test message successfully reaches multiple Outlook , Microsoft 365 Email recipients with proper header signatures, the job is complete and funds are released.
