Plain Text Data Entry

I have a batch of PDFs and Word documents that contain a mix of numbers, labels, and short paragraphs. Everything needs to be transferred exactly as shown into a single plain-text file—no extra styling, just carriage returns where they appear in the source.

You will receive the digital files via shared drive. Simply open each one, copy or re-type the content if necessary, and place it into the .txt document while preserving every character, line break, and spacing that appears in the originals. No fonts, bold, or other formatting instructions are required; the final file should open cleanly in Notepad.

Deliverable
• One UTF-8 encoded .txt file containing all content, in the same order as the supplied PDFs/Word docs.

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of numeric and textual data present and identical to the source.
• No hidden characters, tabs, or extra spaces beyond what exists in the originals.
• File passes a quick diff check against random samples I will provide.
