I need an experienced ServiceNow HAM developer to configure and customise the ServiceNow HAM module focused on lifecycle stages, stockroom and CI reconciliation. The work centres on giving our asset team a single place inside ServiceNow to see every device’s location, status, and change history.
You will:
• Integrate HAM with the CMDB, Discovery and ITSM modules.
• Build workflows, business rules and scripts using Flow Designer, JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Support configuration audits.
• Maintain ServiceNow HAM integration with procurement and inventory systems.
• Manage HAM related incidents.
An NV1 Australian Government security clearance is required. Work is based in Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne, Australia. Overseas candidates are not able to be sponsored to work in Australia.
