Service E-Commerce Website Build

I’m building an e-commerce site that sells bookable services rather than physical or digital products. The core of the site needs to revolve around an intuitive online booking system where visitors can choose available time slots, confirm, and pay in a single flow.

Because trust is key when purchasing a service, I also want a built-in customer review section on each service page so clients can leave feedback and ratings once their appointment is complete.

My priorities are:
• Clean, responsive design that works equally well on desktop and mobile.
• A booking calendar with real-time availability, automated confirmation emails, and the ability to reschedule or cancel.
• Secure checkout that supports major cards and wallet options.
• Customer review functionality that is easy to moderate.
• Dashboard where I can add, edit, or retire services and view booking stats.

I’m open to the CMS or framework you prefer (Shopify, WooCommerce, Laravel, etc.) as long as it delivers fast load times and is straightforward for me to manage after handover. Please outline the tools/plugins you plan to use, timeline, and any similar sites you’ve launched.

Deliverables are the fully functional live site, admin credentials, and a brief hand-off guide so I can run updates myself.
