Service Business Trial Balance

I need a clean, well-structured trial balance for my service-based company so I can move forward with year-end reporting. All general-ledger activity has already been entered; what’s missing is the final reconciliation that confirms every debit and credit is in the right place and totals match.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Verify the ledger entries, flagging any obvious miscategorizations or omissions.
• Compile the trial balance for the most recent accounting period and present it in both Excel and PDF.
• Add brief notes if you spot discrepancies that still need my attention.

I haven’t locked us into any particular platform; whether you prefer QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or a straight-up spreadsheet, I’m fine as long as the numbers tie out and I can trace each figure back to the source entry.
