Daily Spreadsheet Bookkeeping Entry

I keep my books in Tally each day and have designed a set of spreadsheet templates that capture every transaction before it is imported. I’m looking for a detail-minded bookkeeper who can work with those templates, post the figures faithfully and make sure nothing is missed before the data reaches Tally.

Here’s how the flow works: I email or share the blank sheet at the start of the day, you populate it with the numbers I supply (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.), perform a quick accuracy check on totals and tax columns, then return the completed file by the agreed cut-off time. I handle the import; I just need the sheet filled out accurately and consistently.

You must be comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets, understand basic bookkeeping terminology and be available seven days a week so the ledgers stay current. Accuracy and speed are more important to me than complex reporting for this role—right now it’s pure data entry, executed flawlessly, on a daily schedule.
