globaleventsgroup.com is an international events hub, yet far too many of our target queries still sit on the second or third page of Google. The immediate objective is to lift overall Google rankings across a carefully defined keyword set, using a balanced mix of on-page, off-page, and technical improvements.

Priority search engine
• Google is the sole focus for this engagement; any secondary gains on Bing or Yahoo are welcome but not required.

Scope of work
To keep expectations crystal-clear, the project breaks down into three parallel work-streams:

• On-page SEO – Rewrite or fine-tune page titles, meta descriptions, H-tags, internal linking, and body copy so each core page matches search intent while maintaining our brand voice.
• Off-page SEO – Secure high-quality, context-relevant backlinks (no link farms or automated blasts) and develop a lightweight outreach plan we can continue after the contract ends.
• Technical SEO – Audit and fix page-speed bottlenecks, core web vitals, crawlability issues, XML sitemap integrity, and mobile responsiveness. Implementation can be done directly in WordPress; WP-Rocket and Yoast are already installed.

Deliverables & acceptance
1. Pre-engagement audit summary with baseline metrics.
2. Detailed action log covering changes made, links earned, and issues resolved.
3. Post-implementation report showing ranking movement for agreed keywords, plus updated crawl and speed scores (e.g., Google PageSpeed Insights, Search Console).

Communication happens via a shared Google Sheet and weekly check-ins on Zoom; access to Search Console and Analytics will be provided on kickoff.
