SEO Migration & Site Rebuild

I have just purchased an aged domain that still carries several pages indexed by Google. Now I need the entire site rebuilt around a single product—an Ayurvedic wound-healing spray—so that we keep every ounce of existing SEO equity while presenting a fresh, modern face to customers.
The top objective is clear: drive new, sustainable organic traffic. To hit that target, the work must go far beyond a cosmetic redesign. I’m looking for a partner who can blend high-level technical SEO with clean, conversion-oriented design.
Here’s what the project entails:
• Map and restructure all legacy URLs, then implement the necessary 301 redirects so nothing valuable slips through the cracks.
• Audit the current index in Google Search Console, validate crawl errors, and ensure smooth re-indexing once the new site launches.
• Migrate or rewrite content so each page supports the spray’s brand voice while protecting keyword relevance.
• Build the new site in WordPress (or another CMS you can justify) with an emphasis on speed, security, and mobile responsiveness.
• Deliver a polished, visually striking front-end that feels genuinely modern—this is the design priority.
• Configure technical SEO settings: schema, meta tags, XML sitemap, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals optimisations, and internal linking.
• Provide a launch checklist and a brief hand-over guide so I can monitor performance post-migration.
If you have a proven track record in SEO migrations for already-indexed domains, I’d love to review similar work. I’ll share the domain name and also the product name with shortlisted freelancers so you can run your own preliminary crawl before finalising your approach.
