Commission-Based Sales Executive - Digital Agency Services

This is NOT a technical role. We already have a dedicated technical team to build and code. We are looking strictly for a Hunter & Closer who knows how to talk to business owners, pitch high-value web solutions, and close deals. We are Grey Web, and we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to consistently bring in new clients and scale our revenue.

If your superpower is building pipelines, pitching over calls, handling objections, and closing B2B contracts—this is for you.

What You Will Actually Be Doing:
-Hunt & Outreach: Find high-value B2B decision-makers (primarily in the GCC and US markets) and run personalized outreach via LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp.
-Run Discovery Calls: Qualify potential clients, understand their business needs, and communicate the high ROI of custom web and e-commerce solutions.
-Close Deals: Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.

What We Are Looking For in YOU:
-Sales Track Record: Proven, undeniable experience in B2B sales, high-ticket closing, or agency lead generation.
-Business Acumen: You understand business value, revenue growth, and why a company needs a professional web presence (you don't need to know how to code it).
-Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication to pitch smoothly to international clients.
