Senior Talent Recruitment & Onboarding Support

Our company is scaling quickly and I need an experienced HR professional to manage the full recruitment cycle for several senior-level roles. The focus is purely on Recruitment, and I will rely on you for three critical stages: sourcing strong candidates, conducting structured interviews, and coordinating smooth onboarding once offers are accepted.

Here is how success will be measured:
• Sourcing candidates – present an initial long-list within one week, generated through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and your own networks.
• Conducting interviews – run two interview rounds (competency and culture fit) and deliver concise evaluation notes for each shortlisted candidate.
• Onboarding new hires – create a 30-day onboarding schedule, gather required documentation, and liaise with internal stakeholders so the new hires are productive from day one.
