Senior Snowflake Architect for Pharma

I need a battle-tested data architect who has spent the past decade delivering large-scale engineering solutions and the last five years doing so almost exclusively on Snowflake. You will guide a full modernization programme for a US-based pharmaceutical client, so direct pharma exposure is essential.

Your mission is to assess the current on-prem and cloud data estate, then craft a future-proof architecture built around Snowflake while seamlessly integrating Databricks for advanced processing and Dataiku for governed data science. Every recommendation must be defensible at deep technical level, as I will put you in front of executives and engineering leads to explain the why as much as the what.

I value credentials: SnowPro Advanced Architect is non-negotiable, and familiarity with SnowConvert AI will let us accelerate legacy migrations. You should already have led at least two end-to-end Snowflake modernisation programmes for US or EU clients, ideally steering both the business roadmap and the low-level engineering patterns.

Deliverables I expect:
• Current-state assessment and gap analysis
• Target Snowflake ecosystem blueprint, including Databricks and Dataiku touchpoints
• Migration playbook with SnowConvert AI patterns called out
• Technical-depth presentation deck and walk-through sessions for client stakeholders

I will review success against clear acceptance criteria: completeness of the blueprint, performance and security best practices reflected in the design, and the client’s confidence after the technical presentations.
