Senior ServiceM8 / AroFlo Field Operations Specialist

We are an established Australian field-service business with approximately 800 recurring service clients and a substantial mobile technician team.

We are seeking a senior remote Field Service Operations / Scheduling specialist with genuine experience supporting Australian trade or service businesses.

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceM8 and/or AroFlo is highly desirable.

This is NOT a basic virtual assistant or data-entry role.

We want someone experienced in coordinating multiple field technicians, scheduling and dispatch, forward capacity planning, recurring jobs, customer communication, job follow-up, workflow management and identifying operational problems before they become urgent.

Importantly, we do not want to prescribe every task. We want an experienced operator who can understand how our business currently runs and tell us what they believe they could take ownership of, improve, systemise or automate.

Initially we are interested in a paid diagnostic/consulting engagement, with the potential for a longer-term senior operations role if there is a strong fit.
