PDF Form Text Extraction

I have between 11 and 50 fillable PDF forms that contain only text fields. I need every piece of that text pulled into a single Excel workbook. One row per form is fine; I’m still not sure whether the data should live in fixed columns or simply be listed sequentially, so I’ll look to you for the best approach and we can confirm the layout before you start the bulk run.

Accuracy is critical—no manual re-typing. Please use an automated method such as Python (PyPDF2, pdfplumber, tabula), Power Query, Adobe JavaScript, or any reliable extraction tool you prefer, and keep the process reproducible.

Deliverables:
• A clean .xlsx file containing the extracted text for all forms
• The script, macro, or step-by-step method you used, so I can rerun it when new PDFs arrive
