Senior OTC Sales Manager (Crypto/Fintech/Payments)

Via their flagship product, they offer a cross-border payment solution infrastructure for money transfer operators, local banks, and corporates. With their mobile application, their retail customers and SMEs across Southeast Asia can send money to their families, friends, and business partners around the world.

Role Brief

3-10 years in institutional sales, with strong emphasis on crypto OTC, stablecoin liquidity, cross-border payments, or treasury solutions

Proven track record closing $1M - $10M+ monthly volume in stablecoin settlements, remittances, or on/off-ramps (deal sheet + references mandatory)

Existing client book in APAC corridors (banks, PSPs, corporates, stablecoin issuers, HNWI, merchants)

Deep network in Singapore MAS-regulated entities, Hong Kong VATP?OTC desks, Southeast Asia local banks, or China-origin PSP corridors

Regulated experience (MAS MPI/DPT, HK SFC/VATP, MiCA, or equivalent)

Bilingual capacity (English + Mandarin / Thai/ Indonesian/ Vietnamese a strong plus)

Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, compliance, trading) to ensure seamless client onboarding

Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
