Job: Includes but is not limited to:
1. Pre-exhibition training (approximately 20-45 minutes online): How to conduct the work, product explanation, company background, etc.
2. During the exhibition: Proactively introduce products to customers, collect paper business cards, register customer information, take photos with customers, maintain online video communication with the Chinese employer/general manager, etc.
3. Immediately take photos of the business cards received and send them to the Chinese general manager, and ask customers to scan the QR code on the poster or add the general manager on WhatsApp at +8613661649038.
4. Post-exhibition: Organize business cards and summarize the consultation information from the exhibition.
Requirements for part-time staff:
1. Language skills, sales ability, and communication skills.
2. High level of cooperation and initiative.
Familiarity with electric motors, electromechanical equipment, and mechanical equipment is preferred; at least 3 years of experience in organizing exhibitions is required.
Our company has already ordered and set up a booth in your country. You will need to help us hang or affix posters, provide booth translation, handle booth reception, conduct technical communication, and communicate with clients via video chat via WeChat and WhatsApp. You will also collect business cards and encourage clients to add you on WhatsApp.
You will be working alone at the booth, receiving clients and reporting progress to me via video chat.
We can communicate online via WhatsApp, WeChat, and Teams.
We are traveling with a Chinese delegation, and a Chinese representative (team leader) will supervise and inspect our booth and your on-site work.
