## International Business Development Manager – Premium Real Estate & Architectural Visualization

We are Primaviz, a Delhi-based architectural visualization studio specializing in high-end 3D architectural renders, photorealistic CGI, cinematic walkthroughs, animations, virtual experiences, and marketing visuals for real estate and architectural projects.

We are looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager who can independently identify, approach, acquire, close, and onboard premium international clients.

This is not a lead-generation-only role. We need someone who can own the entire client acquisition process from prospecting to signed client and successful project handover.

### Target Markets
Our primary target markets are:
* UAE
* United States
* United Kingdom

Candidates with experience selling creative, architectural, construction, real-estate, visualization, or marketing services in these markets will be strongly preferred.

### Target Clients
We specifically want to acquire premium clients, including:
* Luxury real estate developers
* Property developers
* High-end residential developers
* Commercial property developers
* Architecture firms
* Interior design firms
* Property marketing agencies
* Real estate marketing companies
* Construction and development companies
* Hospitality developers
* Luxury hotel/resort developers

We are particularly interested in companies working on high-value residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
### Key Responsibilities:
#### 1. Prospect Identification:
Research and identify high-quality potential clients in our target markets.
#### 2. Decision-Maker Research:
Identify decision-makers; CEOs/Founders/Directors who oversee luxury real estate or similar domains.
#### 3. Contact Outreach—Via Mail/Linked-In/Sources Intelligently
