I need a responsive website that concentrates solely on real-estate market intelligence for investors. The goal is to give visitors up-to-date price trends, rental yields, cap-rate comparisons, and other data-driven insights that help them decide when and where to deploy capital.
The build should combine a crisp front-end—think fast-loading, mobile-first pages—with a back-end that lets me upload fresh datasets or connect to open APIs for automated updates. Interactive charts, sortable tables, neighborhood heat-maps, and a short-form commentary section will make the numbers easy to digest. A simple CMS dashboard is essential so I can add or edit city pages, blog posts, and data explanations without touching code.
Search-engine basics (clean URLs, meta tags, schema markup) need to be baked in from day one, and security best practices must be followed because investors will likely create accounts to save favorite markets and receive alerts.
Deliverables:
• Full-stack website (front-end + admin CMS)
• Data-visualization modules (charts, maps, tables)
• User account system with watchlist & email alerts
• Documentation covering deployment and data-update workflow
I’ll consider the project complete when the site is live on my domain, loads smoothly on mobile and desktop, all sample datasets render correctly, and the hand-off docs let me maintain the platform without further development help.
