Indian Patent Database Extraction

Download and extract indian patent database form https://iprsearch.ipindia.gov.in/PublicSearch/ and give patent metadata, claims, abstract, description, background etc in text form to be imported into a postgres database via a script. There are around 8 lacs (800k) enteries on this source. There is a captcha challenge that stops auto extraction. Need someone who can extract all the reocrds and provide the data compatible for import in another database. I do not need attachements and other files only direct patent data only.
