We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack + Flutter Developer or a small experienced development team to complete and take an existing healthcare/CRM platform to production.
This is NOT a project from scratch. Approximately 80% of the web platform is already developed using Next.js, Turborepo, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Supabase, and existing APIs/CRM modules. Important mobile pages and functionality have also already been created and are currently running through the existing WebView implementation.
The first step is to audit the existing codebase, understand what is completed, identify remaining gaps and bugs, and create a practical completion roadmap.
The main remaining work includes:
• Complete end-to-end booking and scheduling workflows
• Verify and complete payment integration, transaction handling, webhooks, cancellations and refunds
• Complete Google Maps/location integration
• Complete CRM/Admin workflows
• Complete partner assignment and service lifecycle
• Complete notifications and status synchronization
• Fix API, database, authentication and business-logic issues
• Complete testing across all critical workflows
• Prepare the platform for production
### Flutter Applications
The existing mobile functionality currently needs to be separated into TWO proper production Flutter applications:
1. MediBookHome User App
For patients/customers — registration, OTP, profile, addresses, service discovery, booking, scheduling, patient details, payment, booking tracking/history, cancellation/refunds, notifications, documents, Google Maps, support and settings.
2. MediBookHome Partners App
For nursing staff, lab partners/technicians, doctors, physiotherapists and other healthcare service providers — registration, OTP, profile, KYC/documents, verification, availability, booking requests, accept/reject, assigned jobs, patient details, location/navigation, service status, completion, earnings, payment status, history, notifications, documents, support and settings.
The developer should reuse existing working functionality wherever appropriate rather than rebuilding the entire project from scratch.
### End-to-End Requirement
The complete workflow must work reliably:
User App → Backend/API → Database → CRM → Partner Assignment → Partner App → Service Completion → Payment/Earnings → Notifications → Booking History
All data and status changes must remain synchronized across Web, CRM, User App and Partner App.
### Production Deployment
The developer will be responsible for final production readiness and deployment, including:
• Web/Vercel production deployment
• Database/environment configuration
• Payment, SMS/OTP, Google Maps and storage configuration
• Security and authentication
• GitHub/GitHub Actions CI/CD
• Android production builds and Google Play submission
• iOS production builds and App Store Connect submission
• Real-device testing and production debugging
### Required Experience
Strong production experience is required with:
• Next.js / React / TypeScript
• Turborepo / pnpm
• PostgreSQL / Prisma / Supabase
• Flutter / Dart
• REST APIs
• JWT/OTP/RBAC
• Payment gateways
• Google Maps
• AWS S3
• Push notifications
• GitHub Actions / CI/CD
• Vercel
• Android & iOS production deployment
We are specifically looking for someone capable of taking ownership of an existing complex codebase, understanding it quickly, independently debugging issues, completing missing workflows, and taking the project from its current ~80% state to a stable production release.
Please include your experience, similar projects, published Flutter apps, GitHub/GitHub Actions experience, payment/Google Maps experience, availability, hourly or fixed rate, estimated timeline, and number of developers involved if applying as a team.
This is a completion and productionization project — not a simple UI development task and not a from-scratch project.
