What you will be doingBuilding and maintaining high-performance, accessible websites and web applications.
Contributing to frontend, backend, API, and data model design and implementation.
Developing CMS-driven websites, including content modelling, localisation, and editorial workflows.
Implementing product features, backend functionality, and user interfaces.
Integrating with internal systems, third-party services, and external APIs.
Supporting SEO, performance, and accessibility best practices, including Core Web Vitals and WCAG 2.1 AA.
Assisting with deployment, hosting, testing, QA, and documentation.
Working independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and proactively solving problems.
We need you to have5+ years of professional web development experience delivering production-ready websites and web applications.
Strong experience with React; Next.js strongly preferred.
Solid full-stack experience with TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, state management, and database-backed applications.
Experience with headless CMS platforms, e.g. Strapi/Contentful, including localisation, editorial workflows, preview setups, and customisation.
Strong skills in HTML5, CSS, and modern styling approaches such as Tailwind CSS or CSS Modules.
Proficiency with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
Proven ability to optimise for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Experience with deployment workflows, CI/CD, and cloud/hosting environments.
Familiarity with internationalisation/localisation approaches and regional content requirements.
Strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to work independently and proactively.
Comfort using AI-powered development tools is a plus.
