PSR & Crane Certification

I have just finished fabricating a new piece of production equipment that is mechanically identical to the twelve units already running in-house, all of which passed their Pre-Start Health and Safety Review without reservation. Alongside this, an overhead crane run-way has been extended; the existing cranes are rated for 2 ton, while the cranes will only ever lift up to ½ ton (≈150 lb).

What I need from you is the full PSR package for the new equipment and a separate certification covering the crane extension, both prepared for our internal file. No liaison with outside inspectors is required—everything will be reviewed and archived by our own safety group—so your work can focus purely on ensuring the documentation meets every clause of the current local safety legislation and best practice.

Deliverables
• Signed PSR (or PHSR) report referencing the previously approved design and confirming that the unchanged mechanical components remain compliant.
• Certification letter/report for the crane extension, clearly stating structural adequacy for the reduced load rating and compliance with applicable overhead lifting standards.
• Any supporting calculations, drawings, or checklists needed for our internal auditors to trace your conclusions.

Acceptance criteria
• All documents reference the correct legislation and the latest standards.
• Findings are logically derived and traceable; no outstanding corrective actions remain.
• My in-house safety team can file the package without requesting additional clarifications.

The allocated budget for this scope is roughly CAD 1,500 – 3,000, and I am ready to proceed as soon as we agree on a timeline and milestone schedule.
