I need support identifying and engaging senior-level cybersecurity professionals for several remote technical roles now in the pipeline. Your day will revolve around proactive sourcing—Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche security forums—followed by first-pass résumé screening and brief fit checks so only the strongest people reach my inbox.

Because every opening demands proven security expertise (think incident response, SOC leadership, cloud security architecture), please be comfortable reading between the lines of profiles to spot depth over buzzwords. You will update a shared tracker daily, note outreach touchpoints, and coordinate introductory calls through our ATS; I’ll take it from there for technical interviews.

Deliverables
• A vetted shortlist of 8-10 senior cybersecurity candidates per requisition, complete with contact details and skills summary
• Outreach message templates you used, so I can measure response rates
• Weekly status report highlighting pipeline health, blockers, and next steps
