Boost Restaurant Google Ratings

I own a busy restaurant and want to lift our Google star rating by bringing in a steady flow of genuine, positive feedback from real guests—all within Google’s guidelines. I’m looking for someone who has already moved the needle for restaurants on Google Business Profiles and understands local SEO, reputation management, and review-generation tools.

You’ll have access to our Google Business dashboard and a permission-based guest list so you can build email, SMS, QR, or NFC touchpoints that prompt happy diners to share their experience online. I’m flexible on the mix of tactics so long as they are white-hat, sustainable, and measurable.

Deliverables I need from you:
• A clear action plan mapping out every review request touchpoint
• Setup and integration of the chosen tools or automations
• Ready-to-use creative assets (email templates, SMS copy, QR flyers, etc.)
• A simple reporting framework that tracks review volume, star average, and response rate week by week
