I've spent the last several months building a complete software system for padel clubs and I'm now at the point where the product side is ready. What I need next is someone strong on the sales side.
I'm based in Europe, but my target market is the US. I'm looking for one ambitious US-based salesperson or sales partner who is comfortable with cold outreach, calling club owners, running demos, following up, negotiating and closing deals.
The product gives a club its own mobile app for members and a web dashboard for staff. It covers bookings, matches, tournaments, coaching and trainings, analytics and day-to-day club management.
This isn't a situation where I'm expecting a salesperson to figure everything out from scratch. I already have:
- a finished product
- live iOS and Android demo apps
- a live club dashboard
- a 2-minute sales demo
- website
- ICP and product positioning
- pricing
- pitch
- sales documentation
- full demo access
Current pricing is roughly $1,900 for the core system up to $2,800 for the complete package, plus $149/month per club.
My current idea is 25% of the one-time sale per closed club, but I'm flexible. For the right person I'm open to going above 25%, and I'm also open to discussing the actual US selling price and commission structure.
I'm a product/technical founder and I don't pretend to know the US market better than someone who has actually sold B2B there. If you think the product should be sold for more, packaged differently, or compensated differently, I'm open to that conversation.
This would start performance-based, but I'm not looking for someone to make a few random calls and disappear. If we work well together, I'd like to build the US sales side with one person long term, and I'm open to the relationship becoming much more than a simple commission arrangement.
I'm particularly interested in someone who has sold B2B SaaS, software, sports/fitness products or services to small and mid-sized business owners.
