Sell My EdTech Marketplace Platform

I’m looking for a seasoned digital-asset broker or M&A specialist who can take my fully-built education marketplace and secure a buyer for it. The sale includes everything—premium domain, full source code (React/Laravel stack), complete database, payment integrations, AWS infrastructure, and all connected social media profiles with branded creatives.

You would be responsible for:
• Valuating the asset and creating a concise information memorandum
• Actively marketing the opportunity through your network, Flippa/MicroAcquire, LinkedIn, or any other relevant channels
• Qualifying prospects, arranging demos, and handling Q&A on tech, revenue potential, and growth paths
• Negotiating terms, drafting the LOI/APA, and guiding both sides through escrow until funds clear and assets transfer

Acceptance criteria:
• A signed purchase agreement at or above the agreed reserve price
• Successful hand-over of domain, codebase, database dump, and social accounts
• Funds released from escrow with proof provided
