I need my SEL RTAC fully configured to bring about 10,000 data points online for real-time monitoring. The points arrive from a mix of power meters and protective relays that speak Modbus, DNP3, and IEC 61850, and the finished configuration has to stream voltage levels, current measurements, and status indicators without dropping a beat.

You’ll create or adapt the device templates, map every register or dataset, and organise the tag names so they read clearly once they hit my SCADA front end. I’m expecting the work to be done in SEL Architect / acSELerator RTAC, with any SEL-recommended optimisation features turned on to keep the controller’s memory footprint reasonable.

Acceptance criteria
• A single RTAC project file ready to load, with all 10 k points enabled and labeled.
• Protocol sessions prove healthy in a simulation or live test—no timeouts or duplicate addresses.
• An Excel or CSV point list that shows device, protocol, address, and engineering units.
• Quick start notes outlining any assumptions, jumper settings, or network tweaks I need on site.

I can provide the present IP scheme, meter and relay models, and a remote session for final sign-off once you’re satisfied with bench testing.
