I’m looking for an extra pair of expert hands to keep several integrated security environments running smoothly. Day to day you will dip into CCTV/NVR platforms, Genetec-based VMS, Windows workstations and servers, access control panels, and the supporting LAN. When something misbehaves I’ll count on you to isolate the fault, correct it, and record exactly what was done so the fix is repeatable.

Beyond urgent tickets, I also need periodic system reviews: checking firmware levels, validating camera coverage, confirming storage retention, spotting bandwidth bottlenecks, and flagging any compliance gaps. The insights you gather should flow into clear Excel reports, updated SOPs, and other technical documentation that management can act on.

If you apply, highlight the depth of your experience with similar security or IT infrastructures; that’s the main credential I’ll be screening for.

Deliverables I expect on each engagement:
• Troubleshooting logs with root-cause and resolution
• Review report detailing findings and recommended actions
• Updated or newly created technical documents/SOPs in Word or PDF

Solid written English, disciplined change control habits, and the ability to jump on remote sessions quickly will let you shine here.
