Secure & Optimize App Suite

I have built several connected apps on the Lovable.dev platform, each tied to a shared client CRM/Portal. The front-end experience is in place, but I now need a specialist to tighten security, strengthen the backend, and make sure every workflow between the website, the portal, and the individual apps feels seamless.

Security first
The codebase must meet modern standards for data encryption, robust authentication/authorization, and scheduled security audits. I’d like clear documentation of the measures you implement so future reviews are straightforward.

Workflow harmony
Some user journeys currently jump between the CRM and individual apps in ways that feel clunky. I need fresh eyes to analyse, optimise, and, where necessary, rebuild these flows. That includes pinpointing bottlenecks, integrating the apps more cleanly with the portal, and troubleshooting any mis-fires we uncover.

Backend reliability
Behind the scenes, my priorities are:

• Solid database structure and indexing
• Clean, well-documented API integration with both internal and third-party services
• A reliable server maintenance routine (back-ups, monitoring, patching)

Deliverables & acceptance
1. A security report outlining risks found and the remedies applied
2. Updated code/configuration implementing encryption and auth best practices
3. Refined workflows demonstrated in staging, with before/after metrics or screen-flows
4. Database, API, and server improvements merged into main and documented
5. A short hand-over guide covering ongoing audit schedules and maintenance tasks
