Secure Local Hotel Sound Contracts

I run a professional sound-system company and I want to expand into nearby hotels and restaurants that feature live music every day. Your mission is to identify the right venues in my area, speak with their decision-makers, and persuade them to engage our sound services under a 1–2 year contract.

You will have full access to the list of mixers, speakers, stage monitors and wireless mics we keep in stock so you can present a clear picture of what we can supply. While talking with each venue, please confirm exactly what they normally need—for example daily live-sound setup or simple equipment rental—plus the going payment terms in the market. Use whichever combination of online research, phone calls or site visits you feel will get results fastest; I only need the work finished within about a month, though an extra couple of weeks is acceptable if that helps close the deal.

Focus on venues located in Kandivali West (near station) and nearby areas such as Borivali to Goregaon for easier accessibility.

Deliverables
• A vetted list of hotels/restaurants that host live performances daily, complete with contact names, phone numbers and email addresses
• A brief summary for each venue covering their technical requirements, typical budget range and any objections raised
• Copies of all email threads or call notes so I can see how the conversations progressed
• Negotiated draft agreements—and, ideally, signed 1–2 year service bonds—from the venues that agree to proceed

I measure success by the quality of the relationships you build and, ultimately, by obtaining at least one long-term contract. Regular status updates will keep us aligned, and I’m available to jump on calls with venue managers whenever needed.
