Mumbai-Based Kids Ethnic Wear Sourcing Agent

I’m looking for a reliable and professional Mumbai-based freelance buyer/sourcing agent to assist with sourcing for my Australia-based kids ethnic wear business.

The assignment will involve visiting selected wholesalers/suppliers in Mumbai for approximately one full day.

What I need:
• Visit shortlisted kids ethnic wear wholesalers/suppliers
• Focus mainly on premium girls’ ethnic wear – lehengas, shararas, suits, festive and wedding wear
• Check fabric, stitching, finishing and overall quality in person
• Take clear photos/videos of suitable collections
• Confirm wholesale prices, MOQ, available sizes and stock
• Share supplier/contact details and provide feedback on the best options
• Video/WhatsApp call with me from the market if required
• No purchasing required without my approval

Looking for someone who is trustworthy, has a good eye for quality/fashion and is comfortable negotiating with wholesalers.

Location: Mumbai
Duration: 1 day / approximately 6–8 hours

Experience in garment sourcing, fashion buying, kidswear or wholesale markets would be highly preferred.
