Secure Azure Data Factory-Azure SQL Connection

I need an Azure Data Engineer/Cloud Engineer to configure secure private connectivity between Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure SQL Server across three environments: DEV, STG, and PROD.

Requirements:

Configure Private Endpoints for Azure SQL Server connectivity.
Establish connectivity between each ADF environment and its corresponding Azure SQL Server:
DEV ADF → DEV Azure SQL
STG ADF → STG Azure SQL
PROD ADF → PROD Azure SQL
Maintain strict environment-level separation between DEV, STG, and PROD.
Configure the required VNet, Private Endpoint, Private DNS Zone, and networking settings.
Ensure ADF can securely connect to Azure SQL without public network access, where applicable.
Validate connectivity and troubleshoot any networking, DNS, firewall, or authentication issues.
Ensure the setup supports the existing DEV → STG → PROD deployment/promotion flow.
Work with me through Zoom while performing and explaining the configuration.
