Lead Full-Stack Developer — Healthcare SaaS (.NET + React) — Ongoing

**Job description**
Titronics Software Services builds software for chiropractic practices — Titronics CloudNext, the client and cloud platform that runs our Tytron thermography scanners (7,000+ units sold, ~3,500 active in practices today), and ChiroVector, our practice-management platform now being rebuilt as OfficeVector.

Our lead developer has moved on, and we need an experienced full-stack .NET/React developer to step in and keep both products moving — ongoing, part-time to start, with room to grow as scope firms up. You'll be the senior technical voice across a small, well-organized codebase (clean architecture, good test coverage, active docs) rather than inheriting chaos.

**The two projects**
Titronics CloudNext — the software that runs alongside our scanning hardware.

Desktop client: .NET MAUI (Windows), C# / .NET 10, SkiaSharp for real-time scan rendering, SQLite for local data, CommunityToolkit.Mvvm, direct hardware I/O (HID, serial, FTDI) talking to the scanner devices, QuestPDF for clinical reports, Auth0 for sign-in.

Backend API: ASP.NET Core (.NET 10), clean-architecture solution (Api / Application / Domain / Infrastructure layers), EF Core, JWT auth, Stripe billing integration, deployed to Azure.
Provider portal: a Cloudflare Pages site (Pages Functions + D1 database) handling subscriber account management and hardware registration.

The desktop client currently talks to a legacy PHP backend for some functions as it migrates fully onto the new API — you'd help finish that cutover.

ChiroVector / OfficeVector — practice management (scheduling, patient records, billing, staff workflows), mid-rebuild.

The original product (Blazor web clients + a MAUI desktop client, EF Core / SQL Server, SignalR) is being replaced with a new stack: a React + TypeScript + Vite + Tailwind single-page app, backed by a from-scratch ASP.NET Core (.NET 10) API with a clean, dependency-free domain layer, plus a small ASP.NET Core backend-for-frontend (Auth0 + cookie session + YARP proxy) in front of it.
This is the priority: finishing the provider-portal SPA and its supporting API, using the legacy product as a feature reference (it's fully documented and still runnable, so nothing has to be reverse-engineered from scratch).

**What you'd own**
Ship features and fixes across both codebases, prioritizing the OfficeVector/React migration.
Make architecture calls as the senior technical voice on the team — this is a lead role, not a ticket-taker seat.
Work directly with our product owner (non-technical stakeholder) to translate business requirements into technical plans.
Keep code quality, test coverage, and documentation at the level you're inheriting (all four repos have solid READMEs and working test suites — we'd like to keep it that way).

**Requirements**
Strong, provable experience with C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core) — several years, not a first project.
Solid React + TypeScript experience for modern SPA development.
Comfortable owning architecture decisions independently and communicating them clearly to a non-technical stakeholder.
Experience with Azure (or comparable cloud platform) and CI/CD.
Available for real-time collaboration during at least some overlap with US Central time.

**Nice to have**
.NET MAUI or other cross-platform desktop experience.
Experience with hardware-integrated software (serial/USB device communication).
Familiarity with Auth0 or similar OAuth/OIDC identity providers.
Experience with Cloudflare Workers/Pages or similar edge platforms.

**Engagement**
Ongoing, part-time contract to start — hours and budget open to discussion based on the right fit. We're looking for someone who can commit to a long-term working relationship, not a single fixed-scope project.

**To apply**
Tell us about your most relevant .NET and React project, and roughly how many hours per week you could commit. We'll set up a call to walk through the codebases together.

Preference will be given to developers located in US time zones including US Central time zone regions such as Canada Central America South America.
