We are looking for an experienced team to build a secure, Arabic-first (right-to-left) mobile app for iOS and Android.
The app lets a user privately record and organise personal and financial information, and later share it with named family members under strict, verified conditions. A working clickable prototype and a complete requirements package (PRD, user flows, data model, security, acceptance criteria) are ready. They will be shared only after an NDA is signed.
Key requirements:
- Native iOS and Android apps (Swift/Kotlin or a proven cross-platform framework), Arabic RTL UI
- Login by mobile number + SMS OTP; device biometrics for sensitive actions
- Strong encryption; all data hosted inside Saudi Arabia; compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
- In-app subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing, with server-side receipt validation
- A web-based internal admin panel for reviewing requests and documents
- Tamper-proof audit log of all access
Please include in your proposal:
1. Similar apps you built (finance, security or sensitive-data apps preferred), with links
2. Experience hosting in Saudi Arabia and with PDPL
3. Arabic RTL experience
4. Team size, suggested tech stack, and a price and timeline split into 3 phases
5. Maintenance and support after launch
