I need an expert and engineer who can design, deploy, and validate resilient, high-throughput, time-synchronized SDR transport over Peplink/SD-WAN to a multi-static fusion center.

SD-WAN / Peplink: SpeedFusion bonding, hot failover, WAN smoothing, FusionHub, InControl 2.
Topology Design: Hub-and-spoke/mesh SD-WAN for many SDR sites to NOC fusion center.
Routing / Switching: BGP, OSPF, policy-based routing, VLANs, multicast.
Security: IPsec VPN, firewalls, zero-trust transport for SDR/IQ data.
QoS: DSCP, queuing, shaping/policing for time-sensitive radar/SDR traffic.
High Throughput: 10/40/100G Ethernet, jumbo frames, TCP/UDP tuning, NIC offload.
Timing / Sync: IEEE 1588 PTP, SyncE, White Rabbit; latency symmetry and time-error budgets.
RF / SDR Awareness: IQ data rates, coherent multi-static fusion constraints, real-time control.
Implementation: Site surveys, link planning, Peplink/FusionHub configuration, NOC integration.
Testing: iperf3, owamp/TWAMP, failover, packet loss, jitter, timing accuracy, end-to-end fusion validation.
Operations: Centralized monitoring, alerting, config management, resilience/failover drills.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven SD-WAN and Peplink expertise.
- Strong networking knowledge (routing, switching, security).
- QoS and RF/SDR familiarity.
- Experience in testing and operations management.
