Scanned Contacts Data Entry

I have a collection of images and scanned documents that hold names, phone numbers, email addresses, and similar contact details. I need each record transcribed with care into a pre-formatted Google Sheets file that I will share at the start of the project.

Accuracy matters more than speed, but the sheet does have to be ready by the agreed deadline. Please follow the field order exactly, keep spacing consistent, and double-check spellings before you mark a row complete. Where a line is unclear, leave a short note in the comments column so I can review it quickly.

Occasionally a PDF version of the same document appears in the batch; when that happens, simply convert the PDF to Word, extract the contacts, and continue filling the Google Sheet. No additional design or formatting beyond clean, readable text is required.

Deliverable
• One Google Sheets file fully populated with every name and contact detail from the supplied images, scans, and PDFs, with no blank rows and no typos.

I will review the sheet against the originals and release approval once the totals match, the data aligns with the template headings, and spot checks show 100 % accuracy.
