I have a collection of PDF files that first need to be converted into Excel and then thoroughly cleaned. Once the content is in a workbook, I’ll need you to:
• Remove every duplicate record so each row is unique.
• Apply consistent formatting and sort the data logically for quick reference.
• Split combined fields into individual, clearly-labeled columns where required.
Accuracy is essential; I’d rather it take an extra hour than introduce errors. Please tell me which tool or script you plan to use for the PDF-to-Excel conversion and how you normally validate your results. The final deliverable is a ready-to-use XLSX (or CSV, if you prefer) that is clean, well-structured, and free of duplicates.
