Scaled Site Layout CAD Draft

I need my current site layout transferred into a clean, fully-scaled CAD file. You will receive an existing drawing that is already in CAD-friendly geometry; the job is to rebuild it accurately so that every dimension is true-to-scale and ready for plotting or further design work.

Please keep layers, line-weights and annotations logical and tidy, use standard CAD conventions, and deliver the final drawing in DWG (and PDF for quick viewing). I will double-check by measuring a few key distances, so accuracy is critical—once measurements match the reference, the job is complete.
