I’m looking for a language-teaching specialist who can map out a complete 10-session English-speaking syllabus for my group of intermediate-level adults. The course should revolve mainly around Work-related situations—presenting ideas, negotiating, networking at conferences, small-talk with colleagues—while still leaving room for natural extensions into travel or social themes if needed.
Course structure I have in mind
• 60-minute weekly lessons, each built around a single real-life workplace theme
• Clear progression from warm-up to useful vocabulary, pronunciation focus, and a main speaking task
• Varied practice: guided conversations, role-plays, and spontaneous discussion prompts that feel authentic rather than scripted
• Practical homework so learners continue using the target language between sessions
• A simple tracker that notes recurring speaking issues for every participant and feeds into concise, personalised feedback after each class
Deliverables
1. One-page sample lesson outline so I can see your teaching style and formatting.
2. Full 10-lesson syllabus with timing breakdowns, activity instructions, and any printable materials or slide links.
3. Feedback-tracking template that I can reuse session after session.
Acceptance criteria
• Each lesson must be self-contained yet clearly linked to the overall fluency goals.
• Activities should require minimal technology in class—PDF handouts, slides, or video links are fine.
• All files delivered in editable formats (Google Docs or Word, plus any PPT/Canva decks).
If this brief matches your expertise in ESL curriculum design, please share a short note about similar adult speaking courses you’ve built, along with an estimated turnaround time for the sample lesson and full syllabus.
