We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer/Team to build a scalable CMS-based Voter & Field Organization Management Platform with Android Mobile App, Web Application, Central Admin CMS, Analytics, Election Day Live Monitoring and permission-controlled AI tools.
The mobile application will primarily serve users from 100 Voter Incharge up to Mandal Incharge, while the web application will serve Constituency Incharge up to State Incharge. A centralized CMS/Super Admin panel will control organization branding, colors, hierarchy, roles, permissions, master data, modules, dashboards, reports, training content, Election Day controls and AI access.
The platform must be configuration-driven rather than hard-coded, allowing the same software to be adapted to different organizations through CMS configuration.
We require a complete production system including Mobile + Web + CMS + Backend + Database + APIs + RBAC + Analytics + Ground Reports + Task Management + Training + Notifications + Offline Synchronization + Election Day Live Status Monitoring + AI-assisted analytics/reporting + Security + Audit Logs + Deployment.
Reference screenshots will be provided. This is a complete software development project, not a UI-only project. We are looking for a developer/team capable of building a secure, scalable and maintainable production-ready platform.
