I need fresh, accurate contact lists of decision makers at marketing agencies and related contractors across the United States. For every city you work on—starting with Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and —I’m expecting between 15,000 and 20,000 leads per city. Ultimately the project will cover 50-plus cities, so capacity to scale is important.

What matters most is quality. Every record must:
• Belong to a CEO/Founder or a Marketing Director (Sales Managers are useful but not required)
• Contain a direct, non–catch-all email that has been fully sanitized and verified to keep the overall bounce rate below 1%
• Be unique—no duplicates within or across cities

You’re free to employ any combination of Apify, Python scrapers, AI enrichment, or other techniques as long as the final lists meet those accuracy standards.

IMPORTANT: Please quote your rate per 1,000 validated leads. What you bid is the contract amount. Please do NOT waste our time with placeholder bids or bait and switch tactics. You will be reported.

Deliverable for each city: a clean Google sheet file showing name, title, company, website, email, phone (when available), and city a well as Linkedin. Payment will be released once random sampling confirms the bounce threshold and role criteria.
