Oshens — Social Media Management & Content Creation

I am looking for a freelancer or small agency to manage social media for an established independent hair & beauty salon in Wye, Kent.

The objective is not simply to post regularly. I need someone who can take responsibility for creating consistent, high-quality content that builds local awareness, showcases our work and ultimately supports bookings and retail sales.

I am looking for:

Instagram + Facebook management
Reels/short-form video as a key part of the strategy
Content planning, captions and scheduling
Before/after transformations, colour, extensions, styling, retail, team and salon experience
Seasonal/promotional campaigns
Content that is relevant to Wye, Ashford and surrounding Kent
Ideally, someone who can meet/advise clearly to the salon team photo/video content rather than relying entirely on material supplied by us
Monthly performance reporting

I do NOT want:

Generic Canva posts
Filler content simply to meet a posting quota
A strategy based purely on increasing followers
Long-term contracts
An expensive agency package

Exactly what is included in your monthly fee — number of posts/Reels, platforms, content creation and salon visits.
Whether you personally create the photo/video content and how often you would meet with the salon team
Your monthly cost, including any additional content/photography charges.
Your minimum contract period, if any.
A brief outline of what you would do differently for Oshens.
